Okay, so it was a busy couple weeks. I got home from the shop hop late Thursday night and picked up my college buddies, Heather and Mark, early the next morning. We went to the museum of flight, Alki beach, the fremont troll, the market, and of course to the Butchart Gardens. The funny thing is I took more pictures than they did. I must have gotten a picture of virtually every flower in the garden, I think I'm turning into Dad. Anyway, it was a fun weekend. My personal favorite was the sail boat ride with Dad. We almost tipped it, at least Dad's comment was, "well now I know how far it can go without tipping." Water almost started to come in, but with our trusty captain at the helm, we straightened out in no time. (Of course we never would have reached 60 degrees if I hadn't got in the way when dad needed to turn the rudder, opps). Here are a few pictures for anyone interested.
